Account Creation, Security & Account Policies
Registration & Account Information
To access the full range of fesch6 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and are fully accountable for all activities carried out under your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Suspension & Closure
Fesch6 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, violation of these terms, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to rule violations are not eligible to recover any credit balance associated with the irregular activity. fesch6's decision regarding account closures is final.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a fesch6 platform user, you agree to comply with all applicable usage rules. You may not use this platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing login credentials with third parties or accessing another person's account
- Engaging in any form of cheating, match manipulation, or collusion during gameplay
- Uploading or distributing content that is harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempting to manipulate the payment system or process unauthorised transactions
- Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities
Violating any of the above rules may result in actions including account suspension, credit forfeiture, and/or appropriate legal proceedings.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the fesch6 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and bank transfers through registered Malaysian banking institutions. Credits are typically reflected in your account within the stated timeframe upon payment confirmation. fesch6 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process to ensure transaction security. fesch6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
Fesch6 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction suspected of involving fraud or failing to meet the stipulated requirements. The platform's decisions on transactions are final, subject to an internal review process.
